As per the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), the standard starting salary for security guards under approved contracts is AED 2,500 per month including basic pay of AED 1,800 and AED 700 in housing and transport allowances as of 2026. As per PSBD regulations, candidates must be aged 21-50, at least high school graduate (Grade 10 equivalent), minimum height 165cm for males/160cm for females, and pass a medical exam with no criminal record as of 2026.
