Job Description
1.Prepare and cook a variety of BBQ dishes including grilled meats, skewers, and smoked items to perfection.
2. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen and grilling areas.
3. Manage the BBQ grill, smoker, and related equipment efficiently and safely.
4. Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation according to recipes and customer preferences.
5. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and serve orders promptly, especially during peak hours.
