Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and certified Professional Welder to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welds on various steel components according to precise specifications and standards. As a key part of our manufacturing process, your expertise will contribute directly to the structural integrity and quality of our products, ensuring they meet industry requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience with various welding techniques, a commitment to safety, and a high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform welding operations using techniques such as MIG, TIG, and SMAW according to job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and work orders to understand welding requirements for each project.
• Conduct precision welding on materials, including structural steel and alloyed metals, to achieve high-quality results.
• Inspect welded surfaces and structures for defects and repair issues to ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control.
• Maintain welding equipment, performing routine checks and adjustments to ensure peak functionality and safety.
• Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to meet project specifications and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification is required (e.g., AWS, ASME).
• Proven experience as a Professional Welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and SMAW.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards, such as ISO 9606-1 and ASME welding codes.
