If the answer is yes to the above, then this opportunity could be the next best chapter in your career.We are on the lookout for a Labourer to join our busy team in our Gold Coast factory to assist with the daily operations and processes. The Role: You will play a key role in the daily operations of our fabrication factory, working alongside a team of labourers assisting with general warehouse duties and contributing to the manufacturing of aluminium panels.  Key RequirementsTo be considered for this role, candidates should demonstrate:Previous experience using hand tools and portable power tools.Prior experience working in a factory, workshop, or similar industrial environment.A high level of self-motivation, strong work ethic, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced setting.Physical capability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting as required.A proactive commitment to workplace health, safety, and overall safety awareness.Full-time availability.Reliability, punctuality, and a consistently responsible approach to work.The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.Highly Regarded Skills & ExperienceExperience in metal fabrication, sheet metal work, and cladding.Skills in pressing, drilling, riveting, grinding, cutting, and general assembly to tight tolerances.Ability to read and interpret basic fabrication drawings.Familiarity with fabrication equipment such as drill presses, band saws, and sheet rollers.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot fabrication issues using practical solutions.Accurate measurement skills, the ability to calculate dimensions, and follow structured build sequences.Excellent attention to detail with the ability to perform self–quality checks.Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively.Confidence using smartphone apps for job management, timekeeping, and communication.Comfort working with digital drawings, forms, and related digital tools.The position is CASUAL to ongoing for right candidate.If you meet all these requirements, please submit both a resume.
