We employ over 650 people and indirectly support 24,000 jobs in South Australia.Through our operations we facilitate over $25 billion in international trade annually and are the key platform for South Australian two-way trade in goods.Role OverviewWe are currently looking for a Vessel Traffic and Services Officer (VTSO) to provide communication and information centred client services to the shipping industry to ensure the safe, efficient and cost-effective movement of vessels for all ports serviced and owned by Flinders Ports by working with pilots, ship’s masters, shipping agents and towage operators, and internal staff.Located at Outer Harbor at our Marine Operations Centre, the role operates on a rotational 12-hour shift basis working 2 days, 2 nights and then 4 days off.
