What You’ll Be Working OnThe Fleet Allocator role is working in a fast-paced team environment within the Sameday Local Courier operation. You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of service to our customers urgent Sameday courier services by efficiently managing and allocating jobs to the fleet of drivers.Work within a Sameday Radio Room, being our first point of contact for our professional couriers Allocate Local courier jobs to Sameday couriers in an efficient, effective manner to meet service delivery times Plan & prioritise jobs in a fast-paced environment Apply knowledge of transport dispatch, freight management, and GPS Tracking systems Assist with collation of data for recording and achieving KPI’s (Service Quality) Communicate effectively with other allocators & quality control staff to ensure efficient job allocation What You’ll Bring To The TeamHigh level of geographic knowledge of Sydney Excellent persuasive skills/negation skills in dealing with driver queries.
