This position combines professional security expertise with front-of-house responsibilities, including access control and supporting day-to-day site operations, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and service.We Are Currently Recruiting ForCasual role requiring NV1 ClearanceKey ResponsibilitiesFront-of-House Excellence: Welcome and assist all visitors, staff, and contractors with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression. Access & Visitor Management: Oversee visitor sign-ins, access cards, and contractor permits using electronic systems, maintaining accurate logs and confidentiality. Reception & Coordination: Handle front desk enquiries and calls, and coordinate with facilities or building management for smooth operations. Lobby & Facility Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby environment, upholding presentation standards. Site Operations Support: Assist with room bookings, access requests, and administrative tasks, supporting day-to-day site operations. Security Monitoring: Monitor access points, CCTV, and alarm systems to detect and respond to suspicious activity or threats. Patrols & Incident Response: Conduct regular patrols of all areas, respond swiftly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies (fire, medical, or security), and escort visitors or contractors in secure zones as needed. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company and site security policies, including ID checks and restricted access control. Prepare detailed incident reports, daily logs, and handover notes. Safety & Continuous Improvement: Participate in emergency drills, safety inspections, and compliance audits. Promptly identify and report hazards, maintenance issues, or security breaches.
