Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Race Mechanic with Volante Rosso Motorsport Pty Ltd, based in Gold Coast, QLD. The Race Mechanic will be responsible for vehicle maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on high-performance race cars. Daily tasks will include ensuring vehicles are race-ready, addressing technical issues, and collaborating with the team during race events. Attention to detail and quick problem-solving are critical components of this role. Qualifications Experience in Maintenance, including advanced knowledge in maintaining vehicles and ensuring optimal performance.Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair to ensure durability and minimize downtime.Skills in handling Heavy Equipment and expertise in Troubleshooting technical and mechanical issues under pressure.Strong understanding of motorsport vehicles and racing standards.Adaptable and efficient with excellent time-management and communication skills.Previous experience in motorsport or high-performance automotive engineering is highly desirable.Candidates with relevant certifications, trade qualifications, or equivalent hands-on experience will be considered favorably.
