Primarily this qualification is TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent.Please note applicants need not necessarily possess teaching experience, as the right candidate may be trained and developed through coaching, mentoring and partnering. Importance is placed on possession of the appropriate qualifications, industry experience and the right attitude.
