A well reputed company in Bahrain looking for Cleaning Operations Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
β’ Leads cleaners on cleaning activities
β’ Oversee staff on a daily basis and briefing the staff for daily tasks
β’ Check all designated areas for cleanliness
β’ Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
β’ Establish and leads staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
β’ Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
β’ Respond to customer complaints and special requests
β’ Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock
β’ Participate in large cleaning projects as required
β’ Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
Requirements :
β’ Minimum 3-4 years of experience in same field is a must
β’ Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
β’ Excellent organizational and team management skills
β’ Must have a valid Bahrain Driving License
