Job Description
Lead a dedicated cleaning team as a Supervisor, fostering a high standard of cleanliness in laboratories and offices. Manage staff and operations while ensuring efficient compliance with cleanliness protocols.
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you'll coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, aligning their tasks and shifts with operational needs of the facilities. Your role will encompass staff training, task assignments, and ongoing communication with management for optimal internal support. You'll also verify weekly timesheets and oversee hiring processes when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate work activities of cleaning staff
• Evaluate schedules for adequate staffing solutions
• Plan and implement corrective measures when needed
• Organize staff training on policies and equipment
• Verify accuracy of weekly timesheets for submission
Requirements:
• High school diploma or cleaning training certification
• 6 months experience in cleaning and team management
• Bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Valid driver's license for travel between locations
