We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively while performing various cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities
• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct heavy lifting when required for moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
• Manage time efficiently to ensure all cleaning duties are completed within designated schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests and addressing concerns from facility occupants.
• Execute custodial duties in compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and functional.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning needs and any issues encountered during shifts.
• Engage in commercial cleaning activities for various types of facilities, adapting techniques as necessary based on specific requirements.

Experience
• Previous experience in custodial services or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in all work areas.
