Job Description
Lead a dedicated security team as a Security Supervisor with Securitas Canada in Mississauga, Ontario. This on-site role focuses on emergency response, compliance, and exceptional patron service. As a Security Supervisor, you will oversee frontline Security Guards and respond effectively to incidents per clients' emergency management guidelines.
You will also conduct investigations, manage communications systems, and ensure compliance with operational protocols, all while maintaining a high level of customer service. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support frontline Security Guards
• Respond to incidents as per Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan
• Conduct investigations and complete incident reports
• Consult with law enforcement and mall management
• Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security License
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Minimum 2 years of security supervisor experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a thorough understanding of security protocols Take charge of security operations and provide top-notch service at Securitas Canada.
