We are currently seeking Casual on Call Security Guards to support operations within a Commercial Site in Balzac. This respected, high‑responsibility role is essential in ensuring safety, security, and operational continuity.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by patrolling assigned sites, monitoring activities, and controlling access to facilities. You will respond to alarms and incidents, investigate disturbances, and complete detailed reports. This role also includes providing excellent customer service, assisting visitors, and ensuring compliance with site policies and procedures.

What You Bring
• Valid Alberta Security License
• Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
• High School Diploma or GED
• Driver’s License, Class 5 NON-GDL

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
• Ability to patrol on foot or in a vehicle
• Ability to climb stairs and navigate various site environments
• Physically fit to respond to emergencies
