Job Description
Position Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Service Plumber with a strong background in main drains and sewer systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with customers, and handling a wide range of plumbing service calls.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to residential and commercial service calls
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues efficiently and accurately
• Handle main drain work including blockages, backups, and replacements
• Perform drain cleaning (snaking, hydro-jetting, camera inspections)
• Identify issues through drain camera inspections and explain findings to customers
• Provide clear recommendations and estimates on-site
• Complete service reports and maintain job documentation
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment

Requirements:
• Licensed Plumber or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong service plumbing background (not just construction)
• Proven experience with main drains and sewer systems
• Comfortable using drain cleaning machines, cameras, and jetting equipment
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls

Assets (Nice to Have):
• Experience with sales in a service environment
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes
• Experience with excavation or sewer replacements

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Optional/on-call evenings or weekends
