As a Certified Plumber or 5th Year Plumbing Apprentice, you will report to the Field Manager. To thrive in this role, excellent customer service, mechanical aptitude, and effective diagnostic skills are essential. You will handle plumbing calls related to both service plans and chargeable work, ensuring adherence to our commitment to safety and professional image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver superior customer service to ensure satisfaction

• Complete diagnostics and repair tasks effectively

• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working order

• Keep company vehicle clean and stocked for service

• Respond promptly to plumbing service requests

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario plumbing license and clean driving record
