What You'll Do
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls: toilet overflows, drain clogs, sewer backups, leak repairs
• Diagnose issues on-site and walk customers through clear, honest solutions
• Perform drain cleaning, snaking, and general plumbing repairs
• Stay calm and professional in high-stress situations — homeowners are panicked, you're the help that shows up
• Keep your assigned company truck clean, stocked, and ready to roll

Shift Structure — Please Read Carefully Before Applying

This role is built around emergency response, not a fixed 9-to-5. During your scheduled Mon–Sat shift, you must:
• Be fully available and reachable
• Respond to dispatch within 2–5 minutes
• Be ready to leave for the job site immediately
• Not be working another job during scheduled hours

This is not a flexible, partial-availability, or side-gig role. If you have other commitments that make rapid response difficult, this won't be a fit — and that's okay, but please don't apply.

Pay & Benefits
• $38–$40/hr based on experience
• Saturday rate: 1.5x base

Note: This is on-call work. Total weekly hours depend on incoming call volume. Slow shifts may mean fewer paid hours.

Requirements
• 2+ years of plumbing experience (residential, commercial, or emergency service)
• Working knowledge of drain systems, drain cleaning, and emergency repairs
• Valid Ontario driver's license — clean abstract strongly preferred
• Reliable, responsive, and trustworthy with company tools and customer property
• Comfortable handling urgent, high-pressure customer situations professionally
