What You’ll Be Doing

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret engineered drawings with precision.
• Fabricate and repair aluminum structures and equipment using advanced welding techniques and equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and temperature ranges.
• Perform on-site fabrication and repair of structures and equipment as required.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior welders, fostering their development and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Assist in the assembly and disassembly of fleet equipment for orders.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Extensive experience in structural fitting and welding, with a focus on aluminum.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in welding aluminum and steel.
• Valid Class G driver’s license.
• Certifications in SMAW, GMAW, and/or FCAW are highly desirable.
• CWB certification for all positions and/or welding supervisor is a strong asset.
• Experience with rigging is an asset.
• Strong customer orientation, a willingness to learn, and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
• Availability to work overtime as needed.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.
• A strong sense of pride in your work and attention to detail.
