Engineering Department Full Time Edmonton, AB

As part of our continued growth, Rotaflow Controls Inc. is seeking a Piping Designer to join our engineering team in Edmonton, Alberta. This position is ideal for a motivated designer with industry experience who is looking to develop expertise in industrial piping and fire protection systems. The successful candidate will support projects ranging from system design and facility upgrades to field engineering and commissioning support.

You will work closely with engineers, designers, project managers, and field teams to deliver practical engineering solutions for industrial and commercial clients across Western Canada. Design piping systems for fire protection and industrial utility systems Prepare piping layouts, 3D isometrics, and general arrangement drawings Develop line lists, valve lists, material specifications, and piping classes Support development of P&IDs and piping schematics Ensure designs comply with NFPA, ASME, CSA, and local codes bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering industrial or commercial piping systems piping and fire protection codes and standards Experience with industry software such as Plant 3D, Revit, or AutoCAD in office and in field environments Assets GIT or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) fire protection systems Comprehensive benefit plan & employee assistance program Supportive, continuous improvement opportunities trust, safety, and continuous improvement .
