Join EM Characteristics as a Full-Time TIG Welder in Scarborough. You will use your welding skills on a range of metals in a bustling production environment.
This day shift position requires a minimum of three years' experience in TIG welding, with the ability to work both independently and within a team. You must skillfully weld aluminum, stainless steel, and steel while prioritizing quality and safety. Your role will play a crucial part in maintaining efficiency and a clean workspace in our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and steel
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and quality of work
• Work collaboratively and independently with little oversight
• Uphold a safe and organized workspace
• Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• 3 years of TIG welding experience required
• Aluminum welding capability mandatory
• Based in Greater Toronto Area
• Excellent hand-eye coordination essential
• Canadian Citizens or valid Work Authorization holders only
