Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Plumbing Supervisor to lead and manage plumbing operations across projects. The role involves supervising installations, maintenance, and repair work while ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and applicable plumbing codes. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to coordinate effectively with teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of plumbing teams on-site.
• Assign tasks, plan work schedules, and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion.
• Inspect plumbing installations and repair work to ensure quality, safety, and code compliance.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and on-the-job training to plumbers and helpers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues efficiently.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and statutory regulations at all job sites.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trade supervisors for smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate records including work progress, inspections, and material usage.
• Manage plumbing materials, tools, and inventory; raise material requisitions as required.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to address concerns and updates.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Plumber or Plumbing Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, layouts, and applicable codes/standards.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, Must have knowledge in excel.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid plumbing license or certification (as applicable).
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
