Role Overview

We are looking for a Dispatching Associate to join our kitchen operations team. The role focuses on portioning and preparing meals accurately and on time for daily deliveries while maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality, and consistency.
Main Responsibilities
• Portion meal components accurately for each customer order
• Ensure all meals are prepared, packed, and ready on time for dispatch
• Follow daily production schedules and delivery timelines
• Communicate with drivers and the Customer Experience team to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen at all times
• Support last-minute order changes while maintaining quality standards
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in meal preparation and packaging
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications & Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in dispatching or similar roles in the food industry (fast food experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of hygiene practices in a kitchen environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety (preferred)
• Good communication skills in English
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Currently based in Kuwait
