About the role
We are seeking an exceptional Security Guard to join our prestigious hotel team in Jabal Akhdar. This is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of a world‑class establishment.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the safety and security of our guests, employees, and premises, implementing established policies and procedures.
Conduct regular patrols to deter and detect any potential security risks, maintaining a visible presence that reassures guests and employees alike.
Monitor surveillance systems and respond promptly to any alarms or disturbances, taking appropriate action to resolve issues effectively.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or emergencies professionally, providing assistance and support where needed.
Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to maintain a cohesive and secure environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed diligently.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED is preferred.
Certification in safety and training and/or licensing as a Security Officer or Law Enforcement.
Certified CPR and First Aid instructor, and training in law enforcement techniques desired.
Working knowledge of local laws, investigation methods, OSHA requirements, fire codes, and life safety codes.
