Position: Heavy Duty Bus Driver

Responsibilities
• Operate heavy-duty buses safely and responsibly for staff and guest transportation.
• Drive on scheduled and on-call trips as assigned by the transport supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips.
• Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bus.
• Provide courteous and professional service to passengers.

Work Schedule
• Duty Hours: Up to 12 hours per day.
• Nature of Work: Not continuous driving; drivers will be on-call for trips.
• Rest Periods: When not driving, drivers can rest in the company-provided camp.

Requirements
• Valid heavy-duty bus driving license.
• Minimum 3 years of experience driving heavy-duty buses.
• Strong knowledge of traffic rules and road safety.
• Ability to remain alert and responsible during long duty hours.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Only experienced candidates will be considered.
