Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Packaging Coordinator to oversee packaging operations, manage resources, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between production, logistics, and quality assurance teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily packaging activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Liaise with suppliers, production teams, and logistics to meet packaging requirements.
• Monitor packaging quality and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Prepare reports on packaging performance, materials usage, and efficiency.
• Support procurement and inventory management of packaging materials.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams on packaging innovations.
• Resolve operational issues and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to Qatar’s packaging regulations and company policies.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in packaging coordination or production support roles.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and quality standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in sustainable packaging practices is an advantage.
