Job Description
Key Responsibilities

1. Supervision & Leadership
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of security officers across both gates.
• Ensure proper shift coverage, conduct briefings, and monitor performance.
• Provide ongoing training and guidance to security personnel.

2. Security Operations & Procedures
• Develop and implement security procedures and protocols.
• Monitor access control systems, CCTV, alarms, and other security infrastructure from the MCR (Gate B).
• Conduct routine inspections of gates and sensitive areas to ensure protocol compliance.

3. Safety & Incident Response
• Safeguard company premises, employees, visitors, and assets.
• Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.

4. Stakeholder Coordination
• Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and external contractors as needed.
• Coordinate closely with company management to address security needs and improvements.
