Job Description
Job Description: To assist Project Manager for all managerial and administrative aspects of the projects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing of plumbing and sanitary works. Liaise closely with main contractor, subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities Able to lead and work closely with the project team Manage and plan manpower allocation Monitor project costing, budget and schedule Prepare and submit monthly progress claim Other adhoc duties Requirements: Diploma or Degree in related trades. Prior experience in HDB BTO/EC PROJECT-Plumbing & Sanitary Works will be an added advantage. Able to work independently in a team environment. BCSS and any other WSH related certificates.
