Position Overview

Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional dry van position based in Houston, TX. This opportunity is open to trainees with no experience, offering consistent freight, structured routes, and the ability to build experience while earning steady income.

Drivers will run regional freight across the South Central U.S. with a mix of route types and customers.
Route & Freight Details
• Regional runs across:
• Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama
• Average:
• ~1,700–2,000 miles per week
• Freight includes:
• General dry van freight
• Mix of:
• Drop & hook
• Live load / live unload
• Preloaded trailers
• Freight is non-dedicated (multiple customers)
Schedule
• Home every 2 weeks
• Drivers may occasionally get:
• 34-hour reset at home (depending on route)
• Day and night shifts available
• Must be available for:
• Weekends
• Holidays (some accounts)

Flexible scheduling depending on freight demand
Pay & Compensation
• Avg Weekly Pay: $1,100–$1,200

Additional Pay:
• $15 stop pay
• $20/hour short haul pay
• Performance bonus based on safety, miles, and fuel efficiency

Mileage pay increases with experience
Equipment & Work Setup
• Standard dry van equipment
• Modern fleet (assigned as available)
• Freight varies based on customer demand
Training & Experience
• No experience required (trainees accepted)
• Entry-level drivers welcomed
