Duties
• Assist in food preparation and plating to ensure dishes meet quality standards before delivery
• Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service
• Deliver food orders swiftly from the kitchen to guests’ tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation
• Buss tables by removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils to maintain a tidy dining area
• Support servers by providing timely assistance with guest needs and special requests
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order tracking and payments when needed
• Uphold food safety standards by handling dishes properly and adhering to sanitation protocols
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timing of food delivery during busy service periods
• Assist in banquet or event setups by delivering food to designated areas promptly

Skills
• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with knowledge of food handling and safety practices
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing
• Experience in serving, bussing, or food preparation within hospitality settings
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, culinary procedures, or hotel guest services is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
• Understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
