What You’ll Do:
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent service, team performance, and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and lead staff while fostering a positive, growth-oriented work environment.
• Maintain high standards in food, service, and hospitality through hands-on supervision and mentoring.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
• Support marketing efforts, programming, and guest engagement strategies to drive traffic and retention.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth front and back-of-house coordination.
• Uphold health, safety, and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Build strong community relationships and a loyal base of regular guests.
