Complete Daily

Operations (i.e. opening duties, stocking, polishing, cleaning and maintaining walk-ins, fridges and other areas as assigned by the F&B Manager on duty) Meet and greet guests and coordinate with F&B Team regarding preferences, allergies and special occasions Have full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods Maintain quality and timeliness of service and practice effective up selling and suggestive selling techniques to drive outlet revenue Maintain accurate billing, cash handling and float procedures Serving group functions per individual client specifications Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage Follow all Hotel Service Standards Constant standing and walking throughout the shift 1 year restaurant experience preferred; serving experience an asset Creative and passionate about customer service Must be able to work any shift assigned, such as holidays, weekends, mornings, and potentially afternoons and evenings if needed. Provide the necessary State and Federal Requirements to work in Food and Beverage Position Hourly Rate: $17.07, tipped position.
