Job Description
Our client is looking for a dedicated and organized Area Supervisor to oversee commercial cleaning operations across multiple sites in the Polokwane, Limpopo, ZA region. This role is crucial for ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and client satisfaction across all assigned locations. The Area Supervisor will be responsible for managing cleaning teams, scheduling work, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the cleaning and sanitation industry, with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures, equipment, and supplies. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential for effectively managing and motivating cleaning staff. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple commercial properties. Lead, train, and motivate cleaning teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and work plans for assigned areas. Conduct regular site inspections to assess cleanliness, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Address client concerns and feedback promptly and professionally. Recruit, onboard, and provide ongoing training to cleaning staff. Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or janitorial industry. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices.
