Our client, a premier provider of commercial cleaning services, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Commercial Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee operations in Cape Town, Western Cape . This critical role ensures the delivery of exceptional cleaning standards across a portfolio of commercial properties. You will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning supervisors and staff, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key duties include developing and implementing efficient cleaning schedules, managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. You will conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, identify areas for improvement, and provide training and support to your team. Budget management, including cost control for labor and supplies, will also be a significant part of your responsibilities. This position requires a strong understanding of commercial cleaning best practices, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce. You must possess exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs, and ensuring service level agreements are met is paramount. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise daily cleaning operations across multiple sites. Lead, train, and motivate cleaning teams, supervisors, and staff. Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and procedures. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards. Conduct regular quality control inspections and performance reviews. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials. Oversee budget, controlling costs for labor and supplies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability in budget management and cost control. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
