Job Summary: The Western Cape Department of Health and Wellness is recruiting a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining clean and safe environments in our health facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Empty waste bins and manage recycling where required.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene in all designated areas.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Working Conditions: The role may involve standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of light objects. Flexible scheduling may be required to meet departmental needs.
