We are a renewable energy services company based in Midrand and Pretoria looking for a qualified electrician with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of working experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will undertake various electrical tasks and must possess the required electrical qualifications and skills to carry out his duties efficiently and safely.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of electrical systems and will be able to troubleshoot and repair a variety of electrical issues in both residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities:
• Carry out electrical installation component of domestic and commercial solar installations according to regulations and standards
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with national electrical regulations and standards
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues and make necessary repairs
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
• Install new electrical systems and equipment as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to client specifications

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Valid electrical trade test
• A valid wireman's license with experience in single-phase and three-phase electrical work
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics
• Excellent fault finding and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in the electrical installation industry
• A valid driver's license with a driving experience of three to five years would be an advantage
