Program Structure & Responsibilities:
Receive comprehensive theoretical and practical training in fundamental welding principles and techniques (e.g., Stick, MIG, TIG). Assist senior welders and fabricators in various tasks and projects. Develop proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Gain experience in preparing materials for welding, including cutting, grinding, and fitting. Understand and practice proper use and maintenance of welding equipment and tools. Participate in skill-building exercises and projects to reinforce learning. Complete assigned coursework and assessments as part of the apprenticeship curriculum. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Develop an understanding of different metals and their welding characteristics.
Qualifications & Requirements:
