Position: Dietary Aide/Server - Flexible Schedule
Join The Journey Club's team as a Dietary Aide/Server in beautiful Mahogany. Provide residents with a memorable dining experience through exceptional service and teamwork.
We are actively seeking Dietary Aides/Servers for The Journey Club, where your daily role involves engaging with residents and enhancing their dining moments. Applicants should have 1-2 years of customer service experience in a restaurant setting, ideally with seniors. You will support a friendly environment while managing flexible shift timings, encouraging a collaborative team spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up dining areas with care and attention
• Greet residents warmly as they arrive
• Assist with menu presentation and food choices
• Serve meals and beverages in a timely manner
• Work closely with team members across departments
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant service experience
• Ability to work scheduled shifts flexibly
• Background in senior care is an asset
• Strong communication skills and a welcoming nature
• Ability to manage changing priorities effectively
