Job Description
Position: Heritage Park Restaurant Manager Role
Elevate your career at Heritage Park as a Restaurant Assistant Manager, focusing on the Selkirk Restaurant's operations. This full-time position combines customer service excellence with managerial oversight in a unique environment.

In your role, you'll report to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager and will be responsible for supervising the staff and daily activities of the Selkirk Restaurant and Railway Cafe. Your expertise in compliance, inventory management, and staff training will promote a high-quality guest experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a high level of customer service and staff performance

• Conduct regular inventories and manage supply orders

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff workflows

• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

• Coordinate promotional events to enhance customer engagement

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in supervisory roles in dining

• High School completion;
Hospitality Management is an asset

• Strong customer service and leadership abilities

• Knowledge of point-of-sale and inventory systems

• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
