Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Specialist to maintain a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment across residential and commercial spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services that meet the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure that every space you care for is spotless, organized, and comfortable for residents, guests, or clients. Responsibilities
• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
• Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens, and laundry services
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness by following established procedures for janitorial and custodial work
• Manage trash removal and recycling processes efficiently to uphold hygiene standards
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are well-maintained and properly stored
• Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during cleaning activities

Experience
• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with a strong understanding of janitorial practices
• Familiarity with floor care techniques including polishing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning methods
• Experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial roles is highly desirable
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and procedures for maintaining hygienic environments
• Prior work involving laundry services or housekeeper responsibilities is advantageous
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and carpet extractors
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward client interactions
