About the position

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable cleaning staff to maintain company properties, ensuring they are clean, comfortable, and guest-ready. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing all rooms, changing linens, restocking supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and adhering to company standards. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: - Clean and sanitize all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces. - Change bed linens, replace towels, and ensure all amenities are stocked and ready for guests. - Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, as well as clean windows and mirrors. - Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages to the property manager. - Restock and organize all property supplies and ensure proper storage of tools and equipment. - Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistency across properties. - Adhere to company policies and cleaning standards. - Adhere to property protocols to maintain service standards

Responsibilities

• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
