Independent Cleaning Contractor (1099) – Immediate Work Available
We are a professional cleaning company specializing in short-term rental (Airbnb) and residential cleanings. We’re looking for experienced, dependable independent cleaners who take pride in their work and can follow detailed checklists.
This is flexible, consistent work for the right contractors — perfect if you already clean or want to add more jobs to your schedule.
Responsibilities
• Perform high-quality cleanings using a detailed checklist
• Arrive on time for scheduled jobs
• Take and submit before & after photos
• Communicate clearly when jobs are completed
• Report damages, missing items, or supply issues immediately
• Maintain a professional attitude with properties and guests
Pay: $60–$120 per job (based on size & add-ons)
Job Type: Contract
