About The Position

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, responsible, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in all assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
• Clean restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas following company protocols.
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemical products safely and in accordance with training provided.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply needs promptly.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and meet quality expectations.
• Follow company safety standards, operational procedures, and security guidelines.

Minimum Requirements
• Legal Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Background Check: Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Experience: Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs., standing for long periods, and performing repetitive physical tasks.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if needed.
