Job Description
A professional couple in Pacific Palisades is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented full-time Housekeeper to join their established household team. The residence is approximately 11,000 square feet and is supported by two additional staff members, including a dedicated laundress and a house manager who assists with light housekeeping duties. This is a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Position Overview
The primary focus of this role is full-charge housekeeping, maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the home to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working both independently and alongside others. Flexibility and a team-player mindset are essential, as occasional assistance with laundry and other household tasks will be required.

Responsibilities
• Full-charge housekeeping of an 11,000 sq ft residence
• Daily, weekly, and deep cleaning following a detailed cleaning schedule
• Maintaining organization of all living spaces, closets, and storage areas
• Assisting with laundry duties as needed, in coordination with laundress
• Supporting other household staff with tasks as required
• Maintaining a clean, orderly, and guest-ready home at all times
• Assisting with preparation and cleanup for occasional gatherings and events
• Providing housekeeping support at a secondary Malibu residence approximately once per month
• Being mindful and accommodating of visiting adult children and grandchildren

Requirements
• Prior experience working in large, high-end homes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow structured systems and schedules
• Team-oriented with a flexible, “pitch-in” attitude
• Comfortable around dogs; must be pet-friendly (energetic Labrador puppy in home)
• Professional, discreet, and respectful of privacy
• Reliable transportation and strong references

Compensation
