Med Security is seeking a disciplined and proactive Security Supervisor to serve as the operational anchor for our Houston territory. This position is the primary "bridge" between morning and evening shifts and serves as the second-in-command to the Account Manager. The successful candidates will manage field personnel and will assist the Account Manager during their scheduled shifts in handling high-level client needs, emergency staffing decisions, and administrative oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
• Executive Support: Act as the designated representative for the Account Manager in their absence, including attending client meetings, resolving urgent account issues, and overseeing office administration.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of five field supervisors. Conduct performance reviews and ensure all staff adhere to Med Security’s SOPs.
• Tactical Oversight: Conduct random site inspections and guard audits, specifically during high-volume restaurant transition hours.
• Fleet Management: Coordinate the daily "hot-swap" vehicle exchanges at 4:00 PM to ensure 100% vehicle uptime and accountability. Inspect Fleet vehicles daily, maintaining service and appearance standards.
• Administrative Support: Review Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and Incident Reports for accuracy and professional formatting. Assist Account manager and scheduler with assigned tasks.
• Training: Identify training gaps in field personnel and conduct on-site coaching.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security supervision, law enforcement, or military leadership. Administrative or management experience is highly preferred.
• Licensing: Current Level III (Commissioned) Texas Security License.
• Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Dallas and surrounding geography and the specific security needs of the hospitality/restaurant industry.
• Administrative Skills: High proficiency in professional email correspondence, digital reporting, and basic staff scheduling.
• Clean Record: Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
