Job Description
Overview
Join our fast-growing e-commerce fulfillment team in Houston as a key Warehouse Associate specializing in FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) operations. You'll be the go-to person for accurate picking, secure packing, precise labeling, forklift handling, order management, and even sending out product samples. Your hands-on role keeps our warehouse efficient, orders error-free, and customers happy. If you thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented environment where your accuracy and initiative directly drive business success, this is your opportunity to shine and grow with us!

Key Responsibilities
• Efficiently pick items from inventory locations based on customer orders, ensuring 100% accuracy and completeness in our FBM fulfillment process
• Pack products securely using the right materials (boxes, bubble wrap, void fill, etc.) to prevent damage in transit
• Print and apply accurate labels, barcodes, shipping information, and tracking details for smooth carrier handoff
• Operate forklifts (sit-down or stand-up) and other equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely to move, stage, and organize inventory
• Manage and prioritize incoming FBM orders: review, assign, track progress, and resolve any issues to meet daily shipping deadlines
• Prepare and send product samples to customers, vendors, or for quality testing/photography — including picking, labeling, and packaging per instructions
• Perform quality checks on picked and packed orders to catch errors before they ship
• Assist with receiving, unloading, stocking, cycle counts, inventory organization, and general warehouse maintenance
• Keep workstations, aisles, and the entire warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper forklift operation, PPE usage, and hazard reporting

Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work on your feet for full shifts
• Strong attention to detail — zero tolerance for picking, labeling, or packing mistakes
• Reliable and proactive mindset; you spot issues and fix them before they become problems
• Forklift experience and certification (or willingness to get certified quickly — we can train/certify the right person) — preferred
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, picking/packing, or e-commerce experience is a big plus (Amazon FBM, Shopify, or similar is ideal)
• Basic computer/smartphone skills for order systems, scanners, and label printers
• Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with the team
• Reliable transportation to our Houston warehouse
• High school diploma or equivalent
