Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Ensure restaurant adheres to operational standards and guidelines.
• Monitor and optimize workflow to enhance customer experience.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Supervise and train staff.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or F&B operations preferred
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Hands-on, proactive, and willing to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
